Articles are produced by the GLP1.tools editorial team, a small group of researchers and writers covering metabolic medicine, regulatory developments, and pharmacology. We use AI-assisted drafting for breadth and update pages by hand against primary sources when prices, dosing, or approvals change. Pages are marked with their last update date.

How we source claims

• Drug pricing reflects manufacturer list prices, published WAC data, and pharmacy cash-pay surveys. Insurance copays vary by plan; figures shown are typical ranges, not quotes.
• Clinical efficacy claims reference the trial of record where one exists (e.g. STEP for semaglutide, SURMOUNT for tirzepatide). Where the evidence base is preclinical or observational, we say so.
